License Agreement

By purchasing, downloading, or using any digital product (PDF) provided by Service Business Systems, you agree to the terms of this License Agreement.

1. License Grant

Service Business Systems grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital product(s) for your personal use or internal business use only.

This license applies to:

• The Small Service Business Protection Kit
• All individual PDF guides sold separately
• All individual PDF guides freely available for download

Ownership of the content is not transferred to you.

2. Permitted Use

You may:

• Download and store the product for your own use
• Print copies for internal business reference
• Use the materials to inform your own business practices
• Share the content internally with your own employees or managers

Internal use means within a single business entity only.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or duplicate the materials for resale
• Share, distribute, or transfer the materials to third parties
• Upload the materials to public or private websites, forums, or file-sharing platforms
• Sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or assign the materials
• Modify the materials and present them as your own
• Use the materials as part of training, consulting, or advisory services offered to others

This applies whether the product is shared for free or for payment.

4. Single-Business Use Only

Each purchase grants a license for use by one business entity only.

If you operate multiple businesses, a separate license is required for each business.

5. No White-Label or Redistribution Rights

The products may not be:

• Rebranded
• White-labeled
• Included in other products or services
• Used as templates for resale or distribution

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Service Business Systems.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, structure, layout, and design, is the intellectual property of Service Business Systems and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

7. No Guarantees or Warranties

The materials are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Service Business Systems makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, compliance, or suitability for any specific business situation.

8. Limitation of Liability

Service Business Systems shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the materials.

Use of the materials is entirely at your own risk.

9. Termination of License

This license automatically terminates if you violate any of its terms.

Upon termination, you must discontinue use of the materials and destroy all copies in your possession.

10. Governing Law

This License Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Service Business Systems operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
